Craith/Hidden
CRAITH/HIDDEN (S1x8,S2x6, S3x6), is a bilingual crime drama filmed on location in north Wales. The series was co-created by Mark Andrew and Ed Talfan, and is produced by Severn Screen’s Hannah Thomas. Three series have been produced to date for partners BBC, S4C and All3Media International. Writers on the project include award-winning Welsh novelist Caryl Lewis, James Rourke, Jeff Murphy and David Chidlow.
Apostle
APOSTLE, the latest feature from writer/director Gareth Evans (The Raid) was produced in partnership with XYZ Films and One More One Productions. Starring Dan Stevens and Michael Sheen, it was filmed on location in south Wales, and premiered on Netflix in Autumn 2018.
Denmark
DENMARK, a bittersweet comedy, was produced in partnership with Daybreak Pictures, Ffilm Cymru Wales and BBC Films. Starring Rafe Spall and featuring an original score by Richard Hawley, the film is written by Jeff Murphy and directed by Adrian Shergold. It is being sold internationally by WestEndFilms.
Yr Ymadawiad / The Passing
YR YMADAWIAD (THE PASSING) was the debut feature of Welsh director Gareth Bryn. The Welsh language film won Best Drama at the 2016 Celtic Media Festival and four awards at BAFTA Cymru, including Best Actor for Mark Lewis Jones, Best Writer for Ed Talfan and Best Cinematography for Richard Stoddard. Writer/Producer Ed Talfan was also nominated for Best Debut Screenwriter at the British Independent Film Awards 2016.
